Cheap material and product

The hoodie is made of some synthetic material and the creases do not come out. Also one of the cuffs the material is twisted, so obviously no quality control. Other than that it is a good light weight top, but not worth the $100.

Defective product, company ignores emails to arrange returns

Trousers arrived missing the button. I’d rather just return them and get a refund as they’re not exactly cheap and to be honest the quality was a lot lower than expected. However the company has ignored the 5 emails I’ve sent them - the website clearly states that you can make returns for defective products within 15 days and yet they’ve completely ignored me and essentially stolen my money. Do not buy from this company - mediocre quality, absolutely 0 communication and your money is not safe.

Very comfortable and stretchy. Just a joy to feel against my skin. Makes getting around a breeze for someone with limited mobility like myself. I highly recommend these pants.
